People use MenusHub to check what something costs before they go out. That only works if the information is reliable, so this page explains how we research, write, update and correct our content.
Our principles
- Accuracy first: we state facts plainly and say when we are unsure.
- Transparency: we show the date a page was reviewed and what our figures are based on.
- Independence: restaurants do not pay to be listed, ranked or reviewed favourably.
- Usefulness: we focus on what a diner needs: prices, deals, dietary notes, hours and locations.
How we research a menu page
- Official sources first: brand websites, official apps, allergen and nutrition guides and published press information.
- Cross-checking: where official prices are not published online, we compare several recently dated public sources and in-restaurant or app listings.
- Ranges, not false precision: when sources disagree, we show a range and note that branch prices vary.
- Context: we add practical notes such as deals, children’s options, dietary labels and opening hours.
How prices are labelled
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling (£), include VAT and describe typical high-street dine-in prices. Delivery apps, airports, motorway services and London sites are often higher. Each page carries a “last reviewed” date.
Updating
We review popular pages regularly and update them when a brand announces a new menu, a price change or a promotion. If you spot something out of date, please tell us.
Corrections
If you believe something is wrong, email hello@azharrasheedseo.com with the page URL, what is incorrect and, if possible, a source or receipt. We aim to review reports within a few working days and will correct confirmed errors promptly.
